Simple mantras everyone can sing, led by Chris with guitar, gong and voice. No experience needed. A warm way to open a retreat, mark a celebration or bring a group together.

Sound Bath
A 45–60 minute guided sound bath led by Chris, with a 32-inch titanium gong, Tibetan brass sound bowls, sacred hand drum, voice and guitar. Built for stress relief, focus and connection. No experience needed; your group simply lies back, listens and breathes.
